Rear Wiper Blades Wholesale: Separate the Blade from the Arm Assembly

ZEDUO TRADE ·

A rear blade and a rear arm-and-blade assembly are different purchasing items. Confirm which component the buyer needs, then check the application and attachment. A shared model number or similar photograph is not enough to approve a substitution.

Start with the replacement requirement

Ask whether the existing arm is being retained. A request for a rear wiper can mean the blade alone, a connector-related component or the complete assembly. Put the requested contents in words on the quotation, not just in an image attachment.

Keep rear items separate from the front-blade assortment. Check the vehicle's make, model, year and market, together with blade length and connection photographs. Short length alone does not identify a rear application.

Resolve duplicate references before combining quantities

The supplied catalogue has a repeated S815 reference, while the leaflet identifies a rear assembly differently. The site therefore uses separate page references as well as the supplier code. Send the page link and photograph when requesting confirmation. Do not merge two lines merely because their spreadsheet codes match.

Ask the supplier to return one agreed reference for the component, its pack contents and the intended application. Save that response with the quotation. If there is no clear answer, the uncertainty belongs on the open-questions list, not in the product name shown to customers.

Approve the retail and warehouse identity

Check that packaging makes the blade-versus-assembly distinction obvious. A warehouse picker should be able to identify the item without opening several packs or comparing an old email photograph. Ask how the chosen reference appears on the inner pack, outer carton and packing list.

For an opening rear-wiper order, create columns for component type, vehicle application, connection evidence, agreed reference and quantity. Add a separate confirmation for whether accessories are included. ZEDUO can coordinate these questions with supplying factories, but application, available sizes and commercial terms must be confirmed for each selected item.

Photograph both ends of a rear assembly

When a buyer requests the complete rear unit, photograph both the blade clip and the arm mounting point. If only the blade is needed, show the clip and label the line as blade-only. Ask the supplier to return a parts list for the quote so the warehouse can tell exactly what goes into one saleable box.
