International Shipping
Zeduo Trade ships automotive parts from China to international retail and wholesale customers. Because automotive parts vary significantly in weight, package dimensions and handling requirements, shipping is confirmed for each order before payment or dispatch.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Product preparation, carrier schedules, customs inspections, weather, remote-area delivery and other circumstances may affect the final delivery date.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping may be calculated using actual weight, volumetric weight, package dimensions, destination postal code and the selected service. Where volumetric charging applies, the chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. For applicable air services, volumetric weight may be calculated as length x width x height in centimetres divided by 6000.
Additional handling charges may apply to heavy or oversized single packages, including packages weighing 22.5 kg or more, packages with a longest side over 120 cm, a second-longest side over 72 cm, or a combined length and girth over 260 cm. Sea-freight items longer than 238 cm may require an oversized-item surcharge. Items longer than 300 cm require an individual quotation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The applicable Incoterm and customs arrangement will be stated in the shipping quotation or order confirmation. Duties and taxes are included only when the quotation specifically identifies the service as duty paid or tax included. Otherwise, import duties, taxes, customs charges and destination fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address and Delivery Surcharges
Residential delivery, remote-area delivery, lift-gate service, appointments, redelivery, address corrections, wooden crates, pallets and special handling may incur additional charges. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address before accepting the shipping quotation.
Before Dispatch
- We confirm product availability and, where requested, fitment information.
- We confirm final quantity, packing method, chargeable weight and shipping service.
- We provide the confirmed shipping cost and estimated transit time.
- Tracking or freight information is provided after dispatch when available.
Returns and Shipping Claims
Please contact us before returning any product. Return eligibility depends on the confirmed order terms, product condition and reason for return. Installed, used, altered, custom-made or specially ordered products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
For damaged, missing or incorrect items, keep all packaging and contact us promptly with the order number, product SKU, package labels, and clear photos or video of the outer packaging and product. Do not discard packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
