Our 05′-23′ Tacoma, 06′-15′ Tacoma 4WD KINETIK Series billet upper control arms allow for increased wheel travel and articulation out on the trail, corrected suspension geometry with increased caster for improved handling both on and off-road and are considerably higher quality and higher strength compared to the OEM parts for off-road use. These arms have undergone extensive CAD designing and machining to meet our high standards. They are CNC machined in-house from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, Type II anodized Blue and laser etched. They utilize our new Camburg X-joint XL for increased strength, longevity and high misalignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. The larger X-Joint XL is an extreme performance, all-weather, all conditions, high angle ball joint. These are much higher quality, considerably stronger and have an improved boot design that allows for higher angle use, better greasing and increased longevity. With higher strength heat-treated chromoly materials and an improved design, we were able to vastly improve upon what was available on the market. These fully sealed and greaseable joints are perfect for extreme conditions, so dirt, sand, rain, mud and snow are no match for them. Additional camber and caster adjustment is available with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8″ chromoly heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and heavy braking without binding. Camburg 21-25 Ford F-150 Raptor L/T Rear Extended Brake Line Kit 5 In
These extended brakes lines are designed for our rear Raptor coilover conversion. They can also be used in other custom applications. Made in the USA, they are Teflon-lined, stainless steel braided and Kevlar reinforced with an additional protective covering. Our brake lines are made up of 5 layers for optimum strength, and every single one is pressure tested. We know our brake lines are used in extreme conditions and are getting hit, pulled on, etc. off-road so we cut no corners. They come with everything you need to install them to the OEM mounts and fittings. They are 27? in length. These are pressure tested to 4,500 psi and meet Federal D.O.T. MVSS-106 standards. Camburg 21-25 Ford F150 Raptor Rear Trailing Arm Axle Gusset Kit
One of the 21+ Ford F-150 Raptors weak links is the tabbing on the rear axle for the upper and lower trailing arms. Even with minimal off-road use we see cracking and tearing of the mounts and welds. We developed our weld-on axle gusset kit to easily solve this problem and further strengthen the mounts for heavy off-road use. The gussets keep the factory mounts from twisting as the suspension articulates and increases their attachment to the rear axle for better load distribution. Camburg 23-25 Ford F-250/350 4WD Uniball Radius Arm Kit
Wanting to take your Ford’s suspension to the next level? Our Camburg uniball radius arms correct geometry for improved handling both on and off-road, have increased ground clearance and are considerably stronger than stock. The radius arms correct caster for improved straight line stability, precision cornering and eliminates the dreaded “death wobble” from the factory radius arms and low caster alignment specs. Our new flip chip design on the lower pivot allows you to adjust caster by 3 degrees so they can be used in 2-3.5” leveling kits and taller 6” kits in the high caster setting. The rear pivots utilize Made in the USA FK 1” PTFE/Teflon lined uniball bearings for zero binding or flex, maximum articulation and minimal maintenance with heat-treated stainless steel spacers. These bolt right into the factory mounts so you’re not decreasing ground clearance or inducing additional frame flex with a drop-down bracket. Our modular multi-position sensor bracket corrects geometry for Ford’s OnBoard Scales & Smart Hitch electronics and can be used in leveling applications and taller 6” ride heights. Camburg 24-25 Toyota Tacoma Performance Slapper Lower Arm Kit
Our Camburg lower control arms take your Tacoma’s suspension to the next level. Being stock length, you’re able to use your existing coilovers and upper control arms with no need for aftermarket fenders. We’ve incorporated our optional Slapper bump stop system for additional bottom out control and damping. This allows for a plush ride through the small stuff that doesn’t bottom out easily through the bigger hits and G-outs. In stock width configurations, the Slapper bump stop system performs better than a secondary bypass shock and packages much easier. Designing these arms, we set them up for maximum useable wheel travel along with an optimized shock motion ratio. CAD/CAM engineered, the internally boxed construction is considerably stronger than the stock arms and were designed to maximize ground clearance and off-road performance. We include bolt-on aluminum skid plates for added protection. Our Camburg X-Joint XL is an extreme performance, all-weather, all conditions, high angle ball joint that is considerably stronger than anything on the market with its heat-treated 4340 construction. This allows for maximum wheel travel, lower maintenance, longer longevity and a lighter steering response compared to a uniball. We use FK 1? uniballs at the frame rather than cheap bushings that constantly bind and flex under braking. Uniballs allow for zero binding and have zero flex under braking, so your geometry and alignment is always consistent. The pivot spacers have better clamping force in the frame mounts due to the increased surface area which keeps the holes from wearing over time or the alignment cams coming loose and moving while in use. Ready to install with all the necessary hardware included, these are by far the strongest stock length aftermarket arms out on the market. Camburg KINETIK Series 2.5 Bolt-On Clamp Bump Stop Mount
Our KINETIK series bolt-on bump stop mount is designed for 2.5 in. diameter bump stops using an upper eyelet only for mounting. This clamps and supports the lower portion of the bump stop body to the chassis. This is the same design used on our winning Camburg KINETIK race trucks in the rear suspension. We use dual pinch bolts per side for even and secure clamping, and the pocketed design reduces weight and looks cool. The body of the clamp bolts to the chassis and the removable outer clamp allows you to easily remove the bump stop as needed for service. The CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum components are anodized our Camburg red, laser etched and includes the necessary clamp and mounting hardware.
